All orders are usually shipped within 9 days of receipt.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If the product arrives damaged, or does not meet your expectations, we will replace the order, or refund the cost. Kindly contact customer support at orders@eatnagi.com within 2 days of receipt of your order, and return any unused product to us.
We are not responsible for: deliveries damaged from shipping; incomplete or inaccurate delivery addresses; nor recipients not being at the delivery address to receive package.
Please note that once an order has been received and processed, we do not allow you to change or cancel your order.
