SHIPPING POLICY

All Canadian and U.S orders are usually delivered within 9 days of receipt. International orders may take up to 14 days delivery time

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If the product arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, we will replace the order, or refund the cost. Kindly contact customer support at orders@eatnagi.com within 2 days of receipt of your order, and return any unused product to us.

We are not responsible for: deliveries damaged from shipping; incomplete or inaccurate delivery addresses; nor recipients not being at the delivery address to receive delivery.

Please note that once an order has been received and processed, we do not allow you to change or cancel your order.

PRICING POLICY

Prices may be subject to change without notice. If a price has changed that is in conflict with a price you have paid, you may be entitled to a refund if the goods are returned in saleable condition.
