Moringa, also known as the “Miracle Tree” has been making a name in health headlines recently. A native tree to the Himalaya’s, moringa is grown in tropical and subtropical regions of the world and almost every part of the tree is used for medicinal purposes. Moringa’s leaves, seeds, roots and flowers have been consumed for centuries due to the plant’s nutrient-density.
