Recipe of the Month: Lemon Cranberry Chia Pudding

Serves: 1 Prep Time: OvernightRaw Materials:Base: ¼ cup chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk ¼ cup fresh lemon juice ½ tsp lemon zest 1 tbsp maple syrup Toppings: chopped Nagi Lemon Cranberry bar 1 tbsp unsulphured cranberries 1 tsp shredded coconut  Directions: For Whole Chia Seed Version: Place all base ingredients in a mason jar and mix until completely blended. For Blended/Smooth Version: Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth and pour into a mason jar.
